​If you are dissatisfied with your Unicity purchase, a 100% refund or exchange will be issued. You must contact us within 60 days of purchase. You are responsible for return postage if you choose to return a product,

A written letter is required explaining why you are returning the product. We cannot provide a replacement product without this information, and no refund can be issued without it.

 Product Payments

​All major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Discovery, American Express) including PayPal are accepted. A money order is also accepted for an order, however, delivery will be delayed until the check clears the bank.

All prices are in US dollars.

Missing or Damaged Items

Report to us within 5 days of delivery if any items are damaged or missing from your shipment. Contact Customer Service via the Contact Page or call us directly at 1-888-822-2702. Provide the order number when contacting us. After 5 days there is no guarantee that the problem can be resolved. If the problem can not be resolved, a refund will be provided.


A sales tax is added to the price of the product based on the state to which it is shipped.
